Grace Bible Church was established in 1933 as a local fellowship of believers who have one final authoritative standard for faith and conduct – the Bible. Grace is independent and non-denominational, embracing the biblical teachings of the historically confessing evangelical church. Our understanding of the basic Bible truths aligns with what might be summarized in the ancient Creeds and in the New Hampshire Confession, and the First London Confession (1646).

Here is a brief summary of our core beliefs.
We believe the sole basis for our faith is the Bible, which is God-inspired, without error, and the final authority on all matters. As the Bible teaches, there is one God eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each fully possessing all the attributes of deity.
We believe God created mankind, but mankind defied and still defies God. As a result, we need God’s saving grace to end our alienation from Him. Salvation comes only through God’s grace – not by human effort and must be received personally by faith and repentance.
We believe Jesus Christ voluntarily paid for our sins by dying on the cross as our substitute. His death accomplished salvation for all believers and is sovereignly applied to them by God’s grace through faith in Him alone. Jesus rose from the dead, ascended to Heaven, and will return for all believers.
We believe the Holy Spirit draws sinners to Christ and equips believers for growth in holiness and service.
We believe the church’s role is to exalt God in worship, to edify believers through teaching and care, and to evangelize our lost world.
We believe in the regular celebration of the ordinances: Baptism and The Lord’s Table.
We believe in the personal and visible return of Christ when He will condemn the world and consummate His kingdom.
